What it is
An internal system built for PT Indo Acidatama Tbk, the largest food-grade alcohol manufacturer in Central Java, covering the full path an order takes across three departments. Marketing records the incoming order and the specifications the customer asked for. QA works from those specifications to formulate the blend and sign it off. Chemical Logistics then runs the batch and records what was actually produced — ethanol and the related alcohol products the plant makes. Each stage hands the order to the next with its documents attached, replacing the paper forms and spreadsheets the three teams used to pass between them, and giving management a single place to see where any order currently sits.
