What it is
An ERP suite for PT Gama Agro Sejati, an agricultural distribution business, split across three deployables sharing one MariaDB database. A Laravel and Filament back office covers master data, purchasing and receiving, inventory and stock transfers, delivery orders and packing, price lists, and sales orders with an approval path for non-standard pricing. A separate ElysiaJS API on the Bun runtime serves the field, exposing the subset of that domain the mobile client needs behind JWT auth and reading the same schema through Prisma. The Flutter app lets sales reps raise orders, log customer visits with photo and GPS evidence, register new outlets on the spot, run retail stock checks at the customer premises, and track their own targets. Scheduled jobs push confirmed sales orders into Accurate Online, and n8n workflows handle stock-mutation sync and payroll document generation.
