Kasira is a point-of-sale platform built on the rule that a sale is never only a receipt. Each transaction moves inventory, posts to a cash account, and reaches the profit report without being entered twice, and every stock and cash movement keeps an audit trail back to the document that caused it. The terminal handles barcode scanning, product variants, split payments, parked transactions, and keyboard-first operation; cashier shifts open and close against a physical cash count, with any variance attached to a named cashier and a stated reason. Customers scan a QR code at the table, order and pay by QRIS without installing anything, and the ticket appears in the kitchen queue — gateway fees booked as their own cost line, proceeds landing in a cash account separate from the drawer. Inventory covers per-outlet stock, weighted-average cost, adjustments, transfers, and stock opname; purchasing runs from PO through partial receiving to supplier payment.
